| Grateful for Dr. Rezaian's good treatment and guidance In June 2009 I began to have excruciating pain in my lower back and all the way down to my left foot due to lumbar disc herniation L5-S1. I was seeing doctor after doctor here in Hamburg, Germany. I underwent three periradicular injections, rehabilitation sports and loads of pain medication with no relief. Finally, in February 2010 I was told by my neurosurgeon that back surgery would be inevitable! Fortunately, I had to do some journalistic work in Orange County, CA, first. So I decided to search for alternatives and started spinal decompression therapy by tractions, which showed good results. During my last week in Orange County, I heard of the California Orthopedic Medical Clinic where I met with Dr. Rezaian, a highly recognized spine surgeon.
