We welcome you to our website.

If you are suffering from neck pain (with or without arm pain), or low back pain (with or without leg pain or sciatica,) you are not alone. 85% of people experience this pain at some point in their lives.

The important point is that in the modern era of the 21st Century, you don't need to suffer from such pain, and you must not limit your life or your work because of neck or back pain.

The good news is that we at the California Orthopaedic Medical Clinic in Beverly Hills, California, having successfully managed over 12000 patients with back pain over the last 20 years, are able to diagnose the cause of your back pain and provide you with the treatment you need. 95% of our patients have excellent or good results. For example, we treat herniated discs of the lower back or neck with the Universal Endoscopic Discectomy as an out patient procedure and under local anesthesia.

S. M Rezaian, M.D., Ph, FRCS, FICS is a former professor of orthopaedic surgery and the inventor of the Rezaian Spinal Fixator. He is well known for his treatment technique for fractures of the spine, which has helped many wheel chair bound patients who have been victims of fracture or disease of the spine walk again.

Dr. Rezaian is an expert on minimally invasive laser disc surgery and is the developer of the Universal Endoscopic Discectomy, a procedure in which a herniated disc of neck or back can be treated under local anesthesia with 2mm holes as an out patient procedure. The pain and symptoms improve from day one. No hospitalization, no wounds and no more suffering.

Dr. Rezaian presented his technique to the 72nd annual meeting of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons in Washington, DC on February 2005. He also presented this technique in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil on August 2005, in Paris, France on December 2005 and in Zurich, Switzerland on January 2006. MRI Scan

Magnetic Resonance Imaging is an FDA-approved way of taking pictures of your body's internal organs. MRI uses a magnet, radio waves and computer to obtain pictures. It does not use x-rays or radiation, as does a CT scanner. As far as we know, MRI is completely safe. In many cases, MRI is now the examination of choice. In diagnosing the cause of headaches, herniated disc of the cervical spine and lumbar spine, MRI scan is a safe and certain way to check and rule out cancer, infection, etc. MRI is nonionizing, and years of experience show that MRI has produced no harmful biological effects in the presently used diagnostic range. We are pleased to introduce Beverly/Wilshire MRI Center, the latest state-of-the-art MRI facility at our clinic. We have highly experienced radiologist and very friendly technician and staff. We particularly invite you to visit this facility at our clinic. We provide equal opportunity to our patients to use our MRI facility or to be introduced to similar facility elsewhere, if he or she so desires.
